Silat Seni Gayong Ireland (SSGI) has been invited to make a performance at MSSNI’s Malaysian Night 2011 at Belfast, Northern Ireland. The program was organized by Malaysian Student Society Northern Ireland (MSSNI), Queen’s University of Belfast (QUB). It was unlucky when a lot of members SSGI cannot be participate because they are currently have a semester’s exam and it is too far. However, SSGI did not refuse to join it. Finally, we have 2 members agreed to make the performance. Travelling from Limerick to Belfast it is took almost 5 hours.
That program has running smoothly and great. We are served with Malaysian food. The menu is POPIAH, NASI LEMAK, NASI KERABU and BUBUR KACANG. It is delicious. He he he. There are a lot of performances at that night. All performances at that night was a presentation about Malaysian culture and of cause it is very special. One of the performances it is from us, Silat Seni Gayong Ireland.
